Trail-Gear's crossmembers are precision laser cut with slotted mounting holes for easy bolt on installation. Made from 3/8" thick plate steel with black powdercoat finish. Includes tapered bolts for a smooth bottom. Fits 1979-1995 Toyota HiLux or Surf with dual transfer case.

Some minor scratching of the powder coating may occur during shipping and handling.

Weld-On Differential Armour - Small

Here is a great way to add some beef to the axle housing and protect your ring gear from trail damage. This weld on plate is curved to fit snugly over the face of your solid axle housing. Made from 1/4" thick plate steel. Fits front or rear 79-95 8" Toyota solid axle housings. Also fits 91-97 front FJ-80 axle.

Aluminium Fairlead, Billet, 10 inch centres

Polished aluminum hawse fairlead. Designed for use with synthetic winch rope. Mounting holes are 10" on center for standard 3/8" bolts, compatible with most 5,000-9,500lb winches. Ultra smooth guide surface (rounded on both sides) to prevent damage to rope.

Toyota Bumper Plate (Bumper Winch Mount)

If your looking at building your own front bumper this mount makes a great starting point. This winch mount bolts on to the six factory holes found on 1984-1988 Pickups and 1984-1989 4unners. 1984-1985 body style requires drilling two additional holes in plate. Made from 1/4" plate steel. Also fits 1989-1995 models at four attachment points. Two inch receiver tubing is also included. Plate is pre drilled for 5000-9500 low profile winches. Also includes holes for 9.0R Warn competition winch. Designed for use with steel or aluminum hawse fairlead. When building bumper, additional mounting points from bumper to frame are required if used for heavy winching. If using a winch with an integrated solenoid, such as the Warn 9500, trimming of the front plastic grill will be necessary. Unpainted finish.

Rock Slider Kit - 58 inch, DOM Tubing

Rock Sliders are a great way of protecting the rocker panels of your Hilux or Surf. Made from 1 3/4" X .120 1035 DOM tubing. Legs can be be cut to length to allow for different mounting positions. Heavy duty design can take a pounding from the rocks while keeping body damage to a minimum. Strong enough to take the entire weight of the truck.

A high-lift jack can be used anywhere along it's length for repositioning of rig or axle servicing. Sold in pairs. Bars come with the outer section welded but the legs are not attached. Legs are pre-notched and can be be cut to length to allow for different mounting positions.
